Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – High Altitude Nails LLC
At High Altitude Nails LLC, I value your time and ask that you value mine in return. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain a smooth booking schedule, the following policy is strictly enforced:
Cancellations:
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows me to offer the time slot to another client and maintain an efficient schedule.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations:
Failure to cancel within the required 24-hour window or not showing up for an appointment will be considered a no-show. In these cases:
• Your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• After two (2) consecutive no-shows or late cancellations, you will be permanently restricted from booking any future appointments with High Altitude Nails LLC.
Deposits:
All appointments require a deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not show up—in which case the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.
